2012 October 1 st Ji Chin Sai was made for the second plant of Hi-Bis. The ceremony was attended by the foremost representatives of Honshu Chemical Industry, Mitsui, Bayer, Hi-Bis, Toyo Engineering Corporation, the Minister President of Sachsen-Anhalt and the Ambassador of Japan in Germany.
